Site work, outdoor lighting and new construction of a mixed-use development in Thomson, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a fitness / recreation center; for site work for a fitness / recreation center; for outdoor lighting for a fitness / recreation center; playground / park / athletic field; playground / park / athletic field; playground / park / athletic field; water / sewer project; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
For A/E Improvements for Sweetwater Recreation Complex A/E Improvements shall be executed concurrently and consists of, but is not limited to: Demolition of existing scoring tower and selective demolition of site utilities to provide new utility services. Construction of new two-story scoring tower with restrooms and concessions. Field lighting and communications upgrades. Bids will be received for Single Prime Contract. All proposals shall be lump sum. Lump Sum Construction Fee; provide separate line item break out for the following: a. Scoring Tower Demolition Complete b. New Concession Stands Construction Complete c. New Field Lighting and Communications Complete Bids should be typed or submitted in ink and returned in a sealed container marked on the outside with the name of the bidder, the date and hour of opening and the project name. Questions/ RFIs from the bidding contractors shall be sent via email to the Project Manager, Lance Cheely via email lcheely@cranstonengineering.com or facsimile 706-840-3076. Deadline for questions is Friday March 10, 2023. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
