The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) National Center Operations Branch has a requirement for the performance of construction services in accordance with the requirements set forth in this Technical Statement of Work and associated plan drawings. The base bid of the contract is for complete construction services of area 3A312, this includes installing a glass wall, installing two doors, painting two hallways and minor design work possibly for the sprinkler and hvac runs to the center conference room where the glass wall will be installed. The work shall be all inclusive so that the USGS tenant receives a complete finished product that is acceptable to the Government. Potential contractors shall bring the SOW and plan drawings to the site visit shall they determine necessary to take notes and measurements. Drawings will not be distributed at the site visit. Drawings or blueprints are the property of the United States Government. Copying, dissemination, or distribution of these drawings, plans or specifications to unauthorized users is prohibited. Properly destroy documents when no longer needed. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, equipment and all other items necessary for the completion of the construction services as described below in this Technical Statement of Work and in accordance with all associated plan drawings. The Contractor shall field verify all measurements and materials needed. All technical requirements included in this SOW shall be considered for the renovation.
