Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Rockville, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This Invitation for Bids for the Rehabilitation & Reconstruction of Residential Neighborhood Streets & Sidewalks will establish the required contract unit price for items related to the removal and replacement of concrete curb, combination concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk; asphalt mix pavement repairs to include milling, patching, resurfacing, and the rehabilitation or replacement of roadway pavements; storm drain pipe and structure repair and/or replacement. The repair and/or replacement of infrastructure components are limited to those identified by the Contract Administrator or Designee. Work under this Contract will be located within the political boundaries of Montgomery County, Maryland. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to be knowledgeable of the variety and scope of the County roadway infrastructure at the time of bid. This Summary Description does not in any way limit any scope of work, contractor responsibilities or requirements as outlined in this Solicitation. Contractors are responsible for each, and every Bid Quotation Item (Section E) and all the Terms and Conditions included or referenced herein.
