Renovation of a mixed-use development in Mahomet, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Contractors are invited to submit an offer for the Mahomet-Seymour Summer 2023 Roofing at Lincoln Trail Elementary and Mahomet-Seymour High School. The project consists of: Project consists of roofing work at both Lincoln Trail Elementary School, and Mahomet-Seymour High School for performance during the summer of 2023. Lincoln Trail Elementary School. Area of work includes roughly 29,750sf including sections 2and 3 with abase bid fluid applied system and two alternate bid system types. Mahomet-Seymour High School. Area of work includes roughly 14,000sf including areas 2,4, and 12 to be re-covered as outlined in the construction documents. Asingle stipulated sum bid will be received for all Work. A Bid Bond and Performance and Payment Bond will be required. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers, or to waive any informalities in the bidding. The successful bidder must agree to conform to the current rules and regulations of the Fair Employment Practices Commission. Attention is called to the provisions of Equal Employment Opportunity. Contractor shall not pay less than the prevailing rates ofwages as determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to all laborers, workers and mechanics performing work under this contract, and shall comply with the requirements of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12).
