Existing asphalt parking lot will be reclaimed to a depth of 6" and existing reclaimed material stabilized with 6% Portland Cement (#35 per SY). Minor grade adjustments of subgrade will be necessary to facilitate proper drainage of parking areas. The reclaimed subgrade will then be overlaid with 2" type "d" hot mix asphalt compacted to the proper density. This project shall be based on a lump sum price. Unit pricing will not be considered
