The Fairmont-Morgantown Housing Authority (FMHA) is soliciting bids from qualified companies interested in providing installation of new HVAC systems and gas hot water tanks to 6 (six) Public Housing Units located in Fairmont, WV. o Installation of new Goodman Unit, 13 seer/1.5 ton A/C and Heat/Cool thermostat o Installation of new 40 gallon GAS AO Smith or Reliance Hot Water Tanks (58 1/2'" tall x 19" wide, 4500 watts). Pop off line must be CPVC and 4" from the floor after being installed. o Contractor shall be responsible to provide all materials and labor to complete project. o Contractor is responsible for traffic control during the project. o Contractor is responsible safe work practices when performing this work o Contractor is responsible for obtaining a City of Fairmont Building Permit The selected company shall complete all work (scope of work) within 60 days from the notice to proceed. LOCATION This project units are 911 Columbia Street (40-gallon N/G), 911 Harlem Street (40 gallon N/G), 411 Chicago Street (30 gallon N/G), 1676 Oregon Avenue (30gallon N/G), 213 Howard Street (40 gallon N/G) and 270 View Avenue Unit #8 (40 gallon N/G), Fairmont, Marion County, WV. The project sites are located within the city limits of Fairmont.
