Project Description: The project includes the removal of existing parking lot, portions of the curb and gutter; and installation of new parking lot, drain pans, curb and gutter to include but not limited to the following: removal of concrete sidewalk, concrete curb and gutter, and asphalt mat; adjusting water valve height; laying aggregate base course, and asphalt; pouring gutter, curb and gutter; and marking and traffic control. 2. The Principal Representative has determined that the entire project shall be substantially complete within 105 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed (April 15), and the project shall be finally complete, including the delivery of any or all guarantees and warranties, the submittal of sales and use tax payment forms, the completion of the final punch list and the calling for final inspection, within 30 calendar days, if applicable, from the date of substantial completion.
