This project includes approximately 4,950 SY of pavement milling, installation of approximately 12,375 SY PetroMat and the installation of approximately 12,375 SY of 2" HMAC over entire length and width of project streets (St. Lawrence Street and a small portion of Church Street) and replacement of approximately 2,466 LF of curb & gutter and installation of 1,272 LF of valley gutter and driveway approaches, sidewalks and curb ramps along these streets. This project also includes bid alternates for the installation of several curb inlets and 372 linear feet storm sewer pipe. Each bid shall be accompanied by a cashier's check or certified check upon a national or state bank in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total actual bid price payable without recourse to the City of Gonzales, or a bid bond in the same amount from a reliable surety company as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract and execute required performance and payment bonds.
