Saving Project...

Demolition, site work and new construction of a residential development in Hondo, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; for site work for a residential development; and for the construction of a residential development.

The City of Hondo will receive sealed bids for the reconstruction of Five (5) homes. Bids are invited upon the several items and quantities of work as follows: Construction of Four (4) three-bedroom homes, and One (1) Four-bedroom home as described in the plans and specs to be built at the maximum Five (5) times on separate lots within the City. The City of Hondo encourages local purchasing of materials for construction of these projects. The City of Hondo reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. Bids may be held by the City of Hondo for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days from the date of the opening of the Bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualification of bidders, prior to awarding of the Contract. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
