Sealed bids will be received by Ridgefield School District No. 122 in the Business Services Office, Ridgefield Administrative and Civic Center (RACC), 510 Pioneer Street, Ridgefield, WA 98642. Project Description: The Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials, and project management to complete limited RTU Upgrades work at three (3) district campuses as further described in the project drawings, specifications, and other contract documents. No bid will be considered unless it is in complete accordance with the instructions to bidders and is submitted upon the official bid form provided to prospective bidders (included in the bid documents). Each bid must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a bid bond for not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid amount, excluding applicable Washington State taxes. Bid security will be forfeited as damages should the bidder neglect or refuse to enter into a contract and provide suitable bonds for performance and payment for labor and materials. All bidders must submit a list of proposed subcontractors whose work will exceed ten percent (10%) of the project, or as otherwise specified in the instructions to bidders.
