Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Idanha, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
The District is seeking Proposals from qualified Contractors to assist with CM/GC services related to design and construction for construction of a new fire station at a new, donated site, to replace the station destroyed by the Santiam fires in 2020. The work will include 60%, and 90% design review and cost estimates; coordination with District's architect, RSS Architecture, P.C.; providing a maximum guaranteed price at 90% design; and construction. Proposals not received by that time will be rejected as non-responsive and returned unopened. No prequalification's will be required for submittal of a proposal. This Contract will be for public work, subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 requiring compliance with all applicable provisions and payment of prevailing wages. March 1, 2023 Deadline for Clarifications/Change Requests/ Solicitation Protests The estimated total Project cost is $3,150,000.00
