Site work for a swimming pool in Boardman, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a swimming pool.
As of January 29, 2024, project is under construction. Commissioner meeting minutes from April 2023, stated no responses were received but they were able to sign contractors during the mandatory meeting. No contractors were named. Farm 3 and 4 were 30% done at that time. The Project includes the following Work: The permitting, design, construction support, and other related services for the Owner's new two, 750-million-gallon storage lagoons to be permitted in accordance with Oregon's Dam Safety Division, in collaboration with Oregon Water Resources Department and Oregon Department of Environmental Quality. Prospective Proposers are urged to register with the Issuing Office as a plan holder. Neither Owner nor Owner's Representative will be responsible for RFP Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Partial sets of RFP Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Owner's Representative will be responsible for full or partial sets of RFP Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Instructions to Prospective Proposers For all further requirements regarding the submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Proposers that are included in the RFP.
