Specific project components and estimated budgets include; Streetscape improvements on Florida Ave. - $1,000,000, streetscape improvements on 4 side streets - $400,000, electrical improvements on Florida Ave. (3 blocks) - $600,000, electrical improvements on Ohio Ave. (5 blocks) - $1,500,000, landscaping on Florida Ave. and 4 side streets - $300,000, and landscaping on Ohio Ave. (5 blocks) - $500,000. The City places an emphasis on the Architectural and design elements of this project. Proposers should demonstrate their ability to provide designs that incorporate imaginative concepts and ideas while maintaining Lynn Haven's small-town feel. The City of Lynn Haven, Florida (the "City") requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from architects and engineers to provide design services related to Florida and Ohio Ave. Corridor Improvements.
