Renovation of a retail development in Prescott, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a retail development.
2023 HVAC & MUA Replacement The Yavapai-Prescott Indian Tribe (YPIT / Owner) is requesting proposals from qualified Contractors (Arizona Licensed and Insured) to provide services to replace HVAC units and MUA units for 1951 E Highway 69, Pad DD located in the Frontier Village Shopping Center 1951 E Highway 69 - Pad DD .Remove existing HVAC Units and replace with TRANE 3 Phase light commercial combination gas/electric package rooftop units with economizers, filter racks and hail guards. .Remove existing MUA units and replace with new roof mount exhaust units with gas heat, evaporative cooling, aluminum filters and motorized inlet damper. .Extend and adapt PVC condensate lines, gas lines, and low voltage. .Reuse duct smoke detectors. .Install curb adapters and modify new connections, do not remove existing curbs. .Install new 3-phase fusible disconnects. .Install new Honeywell T6 programmable heat-cool thermostats. .Provide certified air balance. . All proposals will become the property of the Owner, Yavapai-Prescott Indian Tribe (YPIT). Selection will be made based upon a combination of qualifications and price. YPIT is not responsible for costs incurred by respondents for preparing proposals. Decisions made by YPIT are final.
