Barnard Fire District Interior Renovation - Plumbing and Fire Protection Construction Project consists of interior renovations to the ground floor living and office spaces in the existing Barnard Fire Station. New spaces include hard-wall offices, a dedicated women's bunk room and locker room, an enlarged men's bunk room and locker room, and a combined kitchen-dining-lounge day room. Seven alternates for various improvements on the main level, in the basement, and on the second floor. New HVAC will be supplied to the renovated areas and a new electrical service and distribution will be included. The approximate construction start date will be March 20, 2023 with overall completion by December 30, 2023.
