The Work generally consists of Roof Replacement and Exterior Wall Repairs at Gloucester County Surface Water Treatment Plant. The Bidder shall provide all the necessary services, supervision, labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to construct the project as defined in the project manual. submit questions via the process below to allow for record-keeping. Bidders may obtain Bidding Documents electronically by visiting website on the Central Purchasing website. The scope of work consists of removal and replacement of approximately 4,015 SF of roofing systems, inclusive of existing main and lower roofs originally constructed with aggregate-surfaced roofing, and existing roofing above existing stair tower of modified bitumen. Removal and replacement includes associated roof insulation and flashing, as well as optional bid items for coping, skylight, access hatch, roof edges and drainage systems.
