Tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee representing ten percent (10%) of the total price submitted, taxes included, in the form of a certified check drawn on a Canadian chartered bank or a credit union made out to the City of Victoriaville or letter of bank guarantee or bond from an insurance company holding an insurer's license in Canada. The City of Victoriaville does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received, nor to incur any obligation, nor any costs of any kind towards the tenderer(s) and reserves the right to overrule any irregularity minor in the case of the lowest bid. The City of Victoriaville has adopted a procedure for receiving and examining complaints in connection with the awarding of a contract.
