Pine Glen Elementary School Classroom Air Conditioning Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate **General Bid Date and time (03/08/2023 at 1:00 PM ET) Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, or cash, or certified check on, or treasurer's or cashier's check issued by a responsible bank or trust company, payable to Burlington Public School District, Massachusetts, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount. Bid Bonds shall be T-Listed; Surety company(ies) shall be listed in the U.S. Treasury Department Circular 570, most recent edition, as amended. The successful General Bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond, and also a labor and materials payment bond as set forth in the specifications; each bond executed in the full amount (100%) of the Contract Price. Performance and labor and materials payment bonds shall be T-Listed; Surety Company(ies) shall be listed in the U.S. Treasury Department Circular 570, most recent edition, as amended. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids if it be in the public interest to do so. All bids will remain subject to acceptance for (30) thirty days after the day of the Bid opening, but the Owner may, in its sole discretion, release any bid and return any Bid Security before that date.
