Site work for a water / sewer project in Midway, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of April 20, 2023. The project has been awarded with the amount of $1,668,322.93. The work will include the extension of the Liberty Co Water System along Lewis Frasier Rd, which includes the installation of approx 11,500 linear ft of 10' waterline, 770 linear ft of 8" waterline, 2,420 linear ft of 6" waterline & 2,920 linear ft of 2" waterline. Proposals for the complete work in one or more general contracts shall be made on the proposal form provided & shall contain prices in words & figures for the work proposal & include a Proposal Security drawn in favor of the Liberty Co Bd of Commissioners, in the amount of at least 5% of the lump sum proposal for the complete work. If awarded, the contract will promptly enter into a contract and furnish Performance Bond & Payment Bond as provided by law and approved by the Attorney for the Liberty Co Bd of Commissioners. Each bond shall be equal to 100% of the contract amount. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
