Renovation of a mixed-use development in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The bidding process will be in compliance with the Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid. By this notice, all provisions of the Act apply to this project and are incorporated into notice by reference. Upon receipt of an acceptable bid, the contract will be awarded within thirty (30) days after the opening of bids and the written contract executed within ten (10) days thereafter. A designated completion date for this project site will be established based on the number of calendar days as stated in the acceptable bid(s), required to complete the Project Work. Completion dates will be a very significant and material factor to the Owner when selecting the Lowest Responsible Bid(s). The scheduled completion will be a very significant and material factor to the Owner and will be considered in making an award of the Contract and the Owner reserves the right to award the Contract to other than the low dollar bidder. Each Bidder must include in the space provided on the Bid Form, the number of calendar days which the bidder will require to compete the specified Project. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in any bid.
