City of Winder Bicycle and Pedestrian Improvements RFP Number: RFQ-2023-01 Start Date: 02/15/2023 Close Date: 03/17/2023 City of Winder Bicycle and Pedestrian Improvements The City of Winder, Georgia, (the Community) is soliciting Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firm(s) or organization(s) to provide consultant services for bicycle and pedestrian facilities by constructing 10-foot wide sidewalks along the north side of Lily Drive (from Horton Street to South Center Street), the west side of 2nd Street (from Wade Street to Maynard Street) and Lee Street (from Maynard Street to approximately 300 feet north of South Jackson Street), the east side of Maynard Street (from Lee Street to 2nd Street), Lee Street (from 300 feet north of South Jackson Street to Maynard Street), and 2nd Street (from Savannah Street to Wade Street). Additionally, 8-foot sidewalks will be constructed on the west side of South Jackson Street (from Lee Street to May Street). ADA ramps and crosswalks will need to be included where applicable. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks to identify potential providers for the Scope of Services for the project/contract listed in Exhibit I. Firms that respond to this RFQ and are determined by the Community to be sufficiently qualified, may be deemed eligible, and invited to offer a technical approach and/or possibly present and/or interview for these services. All respondents to this RFQ are subject to instructions communicated in this document and are cautioned to completely review the entire RFQ and follow instructions carefully. The Community reserves the right to reject any or all SOQs or Technical Approach, and to waive technicalities and informalities at the discretion of the Community.
