Site work for a water / sewer project in Alhambra, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Alhambra (CITY) invites sealed bids for the above stated project and will receive such bids in the office of the City Clerk, 111 South First Street, Alhambra, California 91801 The Project will rehabilitate approximately 267 feet of 8-inch cast iron sewer pipe through slip-lining using the CIPP method, to rehabilitate one existing manhole using epoxy coating with a new drop manhole assembly, and to install a new sewer manhole. Other items of work include SWPPP, traffic control plans, traffic control, detour plans, detour implementation, temporary continuous sewer bypass system, temporary above and below-ground sewer bypass piping, temporary fencing, pipe cleaning and preparation, and pre-and post-slip-lining CCTV. Bidders and submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond, made payable to the City of Alhambra for an amount no less than ten (10) percent of the amount bid Pre-Bid Inquiries shall be received in written form by the City contact.
