Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The scope of work includes the list of the following scope items and replacement of catch basin leads only in the west parking lot by open cut excavation; Catch basin and trench drain replacements; Parking lot asphalt replacement in both lots; Concrete sidewalk and curb replacements in both lots; Bollard replacements (or sleeving, where bollards are located within heritage cobblestones and replacement is not feasible); Vehicle restraining rail replacement in east parking lot.
