SCOPE OF WORK Work is described in general, non-inclusive terms as: Provide access to site via the downstream side of the dam east of the concrete spillway with temporary timber mats. Stump and tree removal, including removal of root ball, for trees noted on the Contract drawings. Removal includes excavation of materials surrounding root ball and backfill with select fill in accordance with Contract drawings. Stabilization for all disturbed areas with topsoil, seeding, and mulching. All questions regarding the project shall be directed to the Engineer: Stephanie Pluta, P.E. General Contractors must have general license classification for unlimited grading and excavation and limitations as follows: Limited: Up to $500,000. Intermediate: Up to $1,000,000. Unlimited: No limit on contract value. No bid may be withdrawn after the opening of bids for a period of 30 days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities. Bids shall be made only on the BID/ACEPTANCE form provided herein with all blank spaces for bids properly filled in and all signatures properly executed.
