The purpose of this Quick Quote is to establish a contract with one qualified bidder, hereinafter referred to as Contractor, to build a New Monument Sign as per design provided for Central Support Complex of the Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation, an Agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia, hereinafter referred to as the Agency. The Central Support Complex is located at 200 Hawks Nest Drive, Williamsburg, VA 23185. I. PURPOSE The purpose of this Quick Quote is to establish a contract with one qualified bidder, hereinafter referred to as Contractor, to build a New Monument Sign as per design provided for Central Support Complex of the Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation, an Agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia, hereinafter referred to as the Agency. The Central Support Complex is located at 200 Hawks Nest Drive, Williamsburg, VA 23185. II. STATEMENT OF NEEDS The Subcontractor shall execute the following work described in the documents, including all labor, materials, equipment, services, on site supervision, and other items required to complete the work. The contractor must provide one bid with breakdown cost of each signage for agency's final selection. Option: 1 Build and installation of Brick and Aluminum Face Signage per attached elevations no. S.2. Size: L 7'-6" x W 2'-8" x H 3'-1", sign is double sided with same design 'front and back' and the foundation must be 12" reinforced concreate with #5 rebar. Option: 2 Build and installation of .090 Aluminum Face Signage per attached elevation no. S.1. Size" L 6'-6" x H 4'-7", sign is double sided with same design 'front and back' and attach to the existing extruded aluminum post. All materials and workmanship shall be highest quality and completed in accordance with industry standards and to the Agency's complete satisfaction.
