The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids from firms to provide Automatic Gate and Door Maintenance Services. Bids must address all services described in Exhibit A entitled, Scope of Work that is included in the Proposed Agreement Forms/Exhibits section of this IFB. MANDATORY BID WALKS (Feb 21 and 22) - 7 Central Division Locations (SEE IFB P g 3. E. Walkthrough for Dates/Times) License: C-61 / D-28 (Doors, Gates, Activating Devices) The agreement term may change if CHP makes an award earlier than expected or if CHP cannot execute the agreement in a timely manner due to unforeseen delays. CHP reserves the right to extend the term of the resulting agreement as necessary to complete or continue the services. Agreement extensions are subject to satisfactory performance, funding availability, and possibly approval by Department of General Services (DGS). See Exhibit A entitled, "Scope of Work" that is included in the Proposed Agreement Forms/Exhibits section of this IFB. Exhibit A contains a detailed description of the services and work to be performed as a result of this IFB. Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide quarterly Automatic Gate and Door Maintenance Services with the terms set forth in this Agreement.
