The City of Quincy, acting through the Department of Traffic, Parking, Alarm, and Lighting seeks proposals from qualified professional parking management firms to provide management and operating services, including revenue collection, for the 712 space Hancock Parking Garage at Kilroy Square in Quincy. Responsibilities include 24/7 management and operation of the Citys off-street parking assets, financial services and reporting, management and coordination of facilities upkeep, and administration of the downtown monthly parking program. RFQ must be in a sealed envelope. The outside of the sealed envelope is to be clearly marked RFP ENCLOSED with time/date of bid call. Price proposals must be in a separate envelope clearly marked PRICE PROPOSAL. If applicable, bids shall be in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 30B, Chapter 149 as amended, and Chapter 30, Sections 39A, 39B and 39F-R. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids or to accept any part of a bid or the one deemed best for the City and waive any informalities in the bidding if it is in the best interest of the City to do so.
