The County is soliciting bids for the construction of a 50' x 200' steel building inclusive of a 50' x 50' fully enclosed and insulated section. Gable roof 1/12 pitch with 26ga standard galvalume PBR roof panels 3. Clear span 4. Bay spacing 8 @ 25ft. 5. 26ga standard galvalume walls and trim 6. 150 ft. of sidewall to remain fully open all others to be sheeted 7. 50' x 50' fully enclosed area to be sheeted and walls and ceiling insulated with R-19 insulation for future build out 8. (2) 3/0 x 7/0 wind rated steel doors (hardware to be purchased and installed by owner). 9. (3) 3/0 x 3/0 single hung wind rated and insulated windows 10. Location of doors and windows to be determined 11. 18 ft. W x 14 ft. H wind load roll up door 12. 6" Gutter and downspouts at both elevations with downspouts at four corners 13. Provide engineer stamped drawings for metal building, foundations and for 50' x 50' x 6" concrete slab according to current Florida Building Code 14. Contractor required to pull permit for installation at no cost to the contractor 18.
