SEWER LINING PROJECT Lining approximately 5,800 feet of sewer pipe in the Village of Ottawa as per specifications on file in the Clerk's Office Each bid shall contain the full name of every person interested in the same, and must be accompanied with a bid guaranty in the form of either a bid guaranty for the full amount of the bid to the satisfaction of said Clerk-Treasurer, or a certified check, or a letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised Code in the amount of 10% of the bid estimated at $25,000 payable to the Village of Ottawa, Ohio, as a guaranty that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and its performance properly secured. The Village of Ottawa reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding.
