Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The Massachusetts Development Finance Agency is seeking Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) Forms from firms to provide General Contractor and Subcontractor services for the Devens Public Safety Building Project in Devens, Massachusetts. Construction is expected to begin in the Summer of 2023 and be completed in 2024. Sub Bid Category Masonry, Miscellaneous and Ornamental Iron, Waterproofing, Metal Windows, Glass and Glazing, Tile, Resilient Floors, Roofing and Flashing, Painting, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical. Additional Information The work consists of new construction and renovation of an existing building to create a new public safety facility to house the Devens fire and police services. The work includes, but is not limited to, a full interior demolition of the existing building, installation of new systems (HVAC, electric, data/communications, fire alarm/suppression, etc.), replacement of stormwater collection, treatment and management systems, site grading and landscaping, as well as the construction of a new high-bay addition to house fire engines, ambulance and support vehicles.
