All Contract Bidders who have paid the aforesaid deposit for an entire set of Bidding and Contract Documents and have submitted a bid with required bid security; and return such sets to Dataflow Inc. Horseheads office in GOOD CONDITION within thirty (30) calendar days after the award of contract or rejection of bids, shall receive a refund of the full amount of such deposit. Bids are requested for the following Contract: SHP Seawall Repair The Project consists of, but is not limited to the following: 1. Removal of structural concrete and structure excavation. 2. Resetting decorative wood railing. 3. Supply and Installation of permanent steel sheeting, to include furnishing driving equipment. 4. Supply and Installation of precast concrete pavers. 5. Supply and installation of heavy stone filling. 6. Concrete column pier repair. 7. Site lighting and electrical work. 8. Excavation and backfill. 9. Site restoration. 10. Whatever incidental work and appurtenances which are necessary to completely and satisfactorily construct the project. Bidder agrees that all work shall be complete by November 30, 2023.
