A price increase will only be allowed in option years 4 & 5. Increases are to be presented ninety (90) days before option year 4 and to be approved by SNC Lavalin O&M. The approved price increases shall be based on current CPI at that time, as reviewed and approved by SNC Lavalin. Once you pass through screening please report your attendance at the SNCL O&M site office which is located on the third level of the Heritage Building. Additional Information for Site Visit Each Proponent is to provide the names of its proposed representatives by email (Donny.Quintero@snclgroup.com and Jeff.Buchhaupt@snclgroup.com ) no later than two (2) days prior to the scheduled site visit. For reasons of security, no changes to the representatives are permitted without prior approval of the RFQ Authority. No more than two (2) representatives of each Proponent will be permitted per site. The designated SNCL O&M site visit authority shall have an attendance form, which is to be signed by the Proponent's representatives present. No allowances shall be made for late arrivals by proponents. An SNCL O&M Representative will conduct the site visit. Any questions that arise during the site visit must be addressed to the RFQ Authority who will respond in writing to all proponents. No cameras of any kind are to be used during the site visit. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
