As of April 18, 2023, project was awarded to RDU Paving, Inc. awarded amount is $233,259.46 Bids may be mailed to or delivered by carrier to the attention of Mr. Steven C. Graham, Vance-Granville Community College, Main Campus, 200 Community College Road, Henderson, NC 27537 Bids must be submitted on Section 00 41 13 "BID FORM" furnished by the Engineer and addressed as stated above with the project name, bidder's name, license number, and the date and time for receiving bids. All bidders are hereby notified that they shall be properly licensed under the state laws governing their trades. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for a period of ninety (90) days. The Owner reserves the unqualified right to accept or reject any and/or all bids, to waive informalities, and to award the contract to other than the low bidder, should it be deemed in the Owner's best interest.
