Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 986-square-foot playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Comfort Station renovations and alterations including ADA and creation of gender-neutral restrooms, Play Area renovations and play equipment replacement, hard and soft landscape renovations and alterations for safety and accessibility (ADA.). Other Optional (Bid Additive) items including, Tennis Court Lighting, Electrical Panel, Picnic Tables and Waste Receptacles. For purposes of the Inclusion Plan, this is considered a Facility type of project with a Past Performance of 25 % WMBE utilization rates based on completed projects.
