Reference Number 00003414444 Source ID SCRIBE The Ministry is seeking the provision of Contract Administration (CA) services for the formal closure of the Heron Bay Waste Disposal Site ("WDS") construction project in the Pic Township, Municipality of Marathon, Northwest Ontario. The intent of this Request for Bid (RFB) is to identify qualified Proponents having demonstrated experience, expertise, and resources to provide CA Services. Scope of Work Without limiting the generality of the definition of "Service" under the referenced RFB, Contract Administration Services for the Heron Bay Waste Disposal Site Capping Project will consist of but not limited to: -Review of information/approvals; -Construction management and inspection; -Materials testing; -Field compaction testing; -Surveying; and -Providing of a final construction report. One (1) - Project Manager/ Contract Administrator (CA); One (1) - Construction Inspector (CI); and The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
