Renovation of a mixed-use development in Herkimer, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Senior High School SED #21-06-01-06-0-001-016 Elementary School SED #21-06-01-06-0-006-016 Bus Garage SED #21-06-01-06-5-009-006 Prospective Bidders will be issued a maximum of two (2) sets each. Subcontractors, Material Suppliers, etc., will be issued a maximum of one (l) set each. Contract documents will be delivered via UPS Ground service upon request and receipt of an additional non-refundable delivery and handling charge of $60 per set, payable by separate check to Plan and Print Systems, Inc. All requests for delivery to locations outside of Upstate NY will incur an additional shipping charge based on the metering increase for those locations. Any sets required in excess of the above-mentioned maximums are to be obtained directly by interested parties at their cost at the full cost of printing, directly from Plan and Print Systems. Only complete sets will be issued. At the time the order is placed, plan holder shall advise Plan and Print Systems of status as to prime bidder, subcontractor, or material supplier and to trade affiliation. Postal address, telephone number, and fax number will also be required. An e-mail address is requested but not required. Addenda for this project will be emailed to each plan holder of record, except as noted. Emails will be from "BidCaster Notification." Large addenda and addenda containing full sized drawings will be issued in hard copy format only and sent via UPS. It is the responsibility of each prospective bidder to submit an accurate email address when requesting Bidding/Contract Documents and to download each addendum. The "BidCaster Notification" will be sent to the e-mail address on record. Upon returning sets promptly and in re-usable condition to Plan and Print Systems, Inc. within 30 days after the date of the Bid opening, deposits will be refunded as follows: l. Any Bidder who submits a bid will be refunded its deposit in full. 2. A Bidder who does not submit a bid will not be refunded its deposit. 3. Subcontractors, material suppliers, and others will be refunded their deposits in full. 4. All Contract Documents (except for those held by Successful Bidders) must be returned to Plan and Print Systems, Inc., at the above address. 5. Deposits will not be refunded for documents returned in unusable condition or after 30 days. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Bids. Requests for interpretation, information or clarification (RFI) of the Bidding/Contract Documents must be made in writing to King + King Architects. Responses to RFIs will not be made over the telephone. Responses to RFIs will be advisory only and will not modify the Contract Documents. The Contract Documents stand as published except as modified by written Addenda before bid and Modifications after execution of the Agreement.
