Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Spring, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The major items of work include: Mill and resurface portion of existing asphalt driveway, construct new asphalt parking lot, surface grading and drainage system improvements. Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond from a reliable surety company drawn to the order of CYPRESS-KLEIN UTILITY DISTRICT in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. No bid proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to it. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance, payment, and maintenance bond for the full amount of the contract.
