The Town of Warrenton is soliciting sealed bids from qualified vendors for the purpose of purchasing various waterline materials for the Broadview Avenue Betterment project. The due date for submitting questions related to this IFB will be Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at 4:30 pm. In the event the Town Manager chooses to reject all bids, the Town will re-advertise or make the purchase on the open market. The Town, through its duly adopted policies, may reject any or all bids. All materials shall be delivered as specified herein on or before January 1, 2024 to the two (2) starred locations as indicated on ATTACHMENT II. More specifically, delivery of any and all pipe shall be delivered to the highlighted area as indicated on ATTACHMENT III. All remaining materials shall be delivered to the Town's Public Works facility located at 360 Falmouth Street, Warrenton, VA 20186. Bids shall be opened and read aloud by the Purchasing Agent at the appointed hour and date and such of the bidders or members of the public as choose to attend may do so.
