Mill Cove Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF) Expansion & Upgrade project. TIMELINE: Preliminary design has been completed. Construction start is planned for mid-2028. The owner has issued an RFI to seek input from the industry regarding the project procurement strategy and delivery model. A construction manager will be engaged prior to design completion; an RFSQ is expect to be issued in fall/winter 2026.
