Location - Football Field Lights Replacement Project Carlyle High School- 1461 12 th Street, Carlyle IL 62231. Scope of work A. Demo all existing lights and cross arms B. Furnish and install 41 new led fixtures per drawing attached C. Furnish and install all new galvanized tubular cross arms D. Cross arms are furnished with a plug and play wiring for each fixture E. Wiring of all 41 led fixtures F. JLG lift is figured in quote G. Light fixtures have a 5 year warranty H. Taxes are not included
