Renovation of an educational facility in Hartsville, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
It is the intent of DCSD to solicit bids for removing and replacing of nine (9) package rooftop units located at Hartsville High School, 701 Lewellyn Avenue, Hartsville SC 29550. Hartsville High School, Building 3 HVAC Project Location: 701 Lewellyn Avenue, Hartsville SC 29550 It is the intent of the Darlington County School District to change out 9 HVAC rooftop package units located on top of building 3 at Hartsville High School. The new units must be Carrier or Trane, (American Standard), and of equal tonnage. Replace each disconnect with a new outdoor disconnect. (Fusible or non-fusible). All 9 units listed below are 208/230 volts and 3 phase. Manual fresh air dampers are to be installed and adjusted. The new units must include heat strips sized appropriately for the tonnage. The condensing coils are to be protected by hail guards. We will use existing thermostat wire and thermostat because it is part of the district's energy control system. Any holes caused or uncovered during install must be sealed. The existing footprint will require a curb adapter which is to be included. Old equipment and debris must be cleaned up and hauled away by the contractor
