All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with the contractor name and address and "Bid Proposal for Seminole Site Amenity Painting" on the face of the envelope. B Contractors are required to comply with the Des Plaines Park District Prevailing Wage Ordinance #15-03 which specifies that no less than the general prevailing rate of wages as found by the Park District or Illinois Department of Labor shall be paid each craft or type of worker or mechanic needed to execute the contract or perform the work.
