Renovation of a municipal facility in Rochester, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This project is to install the new Boiler Feedwater Pump #1 (BFP 1) in place of the existing BFP 1 located at the Olmsted Waste to Energy Facility (OWEF) in Rochester, Minnesota. Question Cutoff Date: 2/22/2023 11:00 AM (ET) This project is to install the new Boiler Feedwater Pump #1 (BFP 1) in place of the existing BFP 1 located at the Olmsted Waste to Energy Facility (OWEF) in Rochester, Minnesota. BFP 1 is currently driven by a 150hp Turbodyne steam turbine coupled to an IngersollRand centrifugal pump with a combined base plate housing both units. This work will include the complete removal of all current BFP 1 components fixed to the original base plate, along with significant modifications to the feed, pressure, and recirculation water networks. No electrical tasks will be included in this scope of work. This project shall have all work specified below performed as a turnkey service, unless indicated otherwise in this specification. The contractor shall supply all supervision, labor, and tools for all work conducted onsite.
