No. 307, Owner of this project, is receiving sealed bids from interested Trade Contractors for the BBCHS HVAC Upgrades. Any questions regarding bid documents and or to further inquire about obtaining bid documents, please contact Bright Architecture, Inc. 815-933-8073 This contract calls for the construction of a public work, within the meaning of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act 820 ILCS 130/.01 et seq. (the act). The Act requires contractors and subcontractors to pay laborers, workers and mechanics performing services on public works projects no less than the prevailing rate of wages (hourly cash wages plus fringe benefits) in the county where the work is being performed. For information regarding current prevailing wage rates, please refer to the Illinois Department of Labors portal All contractors and subcontractors rendering services under this contract must comply with all requirements of the Act, including but not limited to, all wage, notice and record keeping duties. Bid security in the form of a bid bond in an amount equal to (10%) of the base bid is required from all Bidders. Guarantee Bonds in the form of a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond in an amount equal to (100%) of the bid will be required from the awarded Bidders. The work will be done in accordance with the Contract Documents. FAILRE TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THIS INVITATION TO BID WILL RESULT IN THE DISQUALIFICATION OF THE BIDDER. BBCHS Dist.
