No bidder may withdraw his proposal for a period of thirty (30) days after the date set for the opening of bids. Contractor must give 24-hour notice to Engineer when picking up paper sets. Sanitary and Improvement District No. 591 of Douglas County, Nebraska, reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject all or any bids.
