A ONE-TIME PURCHASE TO PROCURE TRANSFORMER, STATION SERVICE, 5-MVA, 230- KV/4.16-KV, 3-PHASE, OUTDOOR, FOR ROSAMOND SWITCHING STATION BIDDER TO ENTER INFORMATION UNDER THE "VENDOR ADDRESS" FIELD OF BID DOCUMENT TO INCLUDE NAME, ADDRESS, CONTACT, TITLE, PHONE, FAX AND EMAIL. BIDDER SHALL ENTER THEIR PRICES IN THE UNIT PRICE AND EXTENSION COLUMNS ON THE BID BELOW. BIDDER SHALL ALSO PROVIDE ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS LISTED AFTER THE BID LINE ITEMS.
