Summary Project Description: Renovation of Waverly High School including new mechanical, electrical, and finishes in classrooms. Work will include a new main office addition and secure vestibule. New landscaping and sitework will be completed to put focus on the new main entry. The existing parking lots will be milled and repaved. Questions may be directed to Barton Malow. Bidders shall not withdraw Bid Proposals for a period of ninety (90) days after the Due Date for receipt of Bid Proposals. All Bid Proposals shall be accompanied by the sworn statement included in the bidding documents, in accordance with MCL 380.1267, disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner(s) or any employee of the Bidder and any member of the School Board or the Superintendent of the School District. Bid Proposals that do not include this sworn and notarized disclosure statement shall not be accepted. All Bid Proposals shall be accompanied by the Criminal Background and Sex Offender Affidavit.
