Reference Number 0000241420 Source ID PP.CM.CAN.725983.C102225 Bid Intent Not Available Questions are submitted online No The Scope of this Contract includes, but is not limited to engineering services for Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) and Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) inspection services as follows: Obtaining utility records from TTC, municipalities, utility companies, etc. Utility mapping and locating (by GPR or other methods). Utility designating (geophysics). Survey of underground utility locates, surface markings and test hole location. Pipe cleaning and flushing including mechanical cleaning as required. CCTV video inspection and condition assessment of sewers and lateral pipes. Cleaning and condition assessment of catch basins (CB), maintenance holes (MH) and chambers using 3D camera inspection/helix scanning as required. Prepare condition assessment report with repair recommendations, stamped and signed by a licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario. Removal and replacement of catch basin goss traps as required to facilitate CCTV inspection. Obtain necessary permits (other than road occupancy and road cut permits) from municipalities, utility owners or other entities to execute and complete the Work. Coordinate and arrange for individual utility inspectors/representatives to attend the test pits for regulated and vital Enbridge gasmains and Canadian Energy Regulator (CER), formerly the National Energy Board (NEB), regulated & Vital gas pipelines located within, or adjacent to the requested dig area as and where required. For test pits within 3m of an Enbridge Vital Main Pipeline, contact Enbridge Damage Prevention department a minimum of three business days prior to commencing any excavation at 1-866-922-3622 to schedule a site meeting and accommodate Enbridge vital main standby requirements. Prepare Work plan which includes a site specific safety plan, hazard identification and risk assessment (HIRA) plan, traffic control plan and emergency response plan to TTC requirements and guidelines. Traffic control to perform the Work. Removal and disposal off-site of waste products from cleaning and excavation operations by MECP certified carrier and receiver. Restoration and clean-up of the Work site including control of dust, and mud. Abide by applicable noise control by-laws, sewers by-laws and regulations.
