Site work for a mixed-use development in Williamsburg, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
All bids must be sealed and clearly marked on the outside of the submittal envelope with a minimum of the Contractor's name and address, project name, and the date and opening time. Any bid received after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids will be returned to the bidder unopened. The project includes but is not limited to replacing the existing REIL's located at each end of the runway including minor conduit and cabling shown on the plans and indicated in the specifications. Bids shall be accompanied by a cashier's or certified check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price payable without recourse to the Owner, or a bid bond in the same amount from a reliable surety company as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract. All questions related to the contract documents shall be directed to Scott Hammond at American Engineers, Inc. at shammond@aei.cc. The WilliamsburgWhitley County Airport Board will evaluate all submitted bids and reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to reject nonconforming, nonresponsive, or conditional bids. Bids must remain in effect for 60 days after the bid opening date
