For 2023 Spring Creek Camera Replacement Changing old cameras to IP-Based systems, limited monitoring systems, new storage systems. Service Start : 2/8/2023 Service End : 12/29/2023 Changing analog cameras to IP-Based systems, limited monitoring systems, and new storage systems. This is a single phase project. Due to fiscal funding, this project will have multiple timelines and be identified as alternates. Base bid will include the procurement and delivery of all materials along with project design prior to June 30, 2023. Alternate #1 will be accepted after July 1, 2023 and incorporated into a Contract Amendment which includes the installation and final completion of the work, including all project close-out. This work shall be completed prior to December 29, 2023. Alternate #2 will be accepted prior to August 1, 2023 which will include the procurement and installation of all cameras noted. This work shall be completed prior to December 29, 2023. This will be only scheduled opportunity to walk the site. A sign-in sheet will be available at the Pre-Bid Meeting register attendance. It is the responsibility of the bidders to make certain their attendance and all contact information is recorded completely and legibly. If the bidder does not provide all information in a legible form, CDHS is unable to make contact with the bidder keeping the bidder informed with the most current documentation. Additionally, the bidder will be considered unresponsive, and may be disqualified from the bidding process.
